DIGITAL DECLUTTER

Our world is designed to divide our attention. Notifications, scrolling, and constant digital noise are quietly reshaping our focus—and our relationships feel it. We’re competing with screens for the attention of the people we love, and they’re competing for ours.

Digital Declutter is an intentional 30-day practice to help you reset your relationship with technology and refocus on what matters most. Through this process, you’ll take a break from optional and unnecessary digital tools so you can restore your attention to what matters most—communion with God, meaningful relationships, and the kind of life marked by peace and joy.

This isn’t about rejecting technology. It’s about reclaiming our focus.

What You’ll Receive

When you begin Digital Declutter, you won’t be left to figure it out on your own. You’ll receive a thoughtfully designed Digital Declutter Guide—a physical workbook created to walk alongside you through the full 30 days.

This guide will:

  • Help you identify which digital tools to pause

  • Lead you step-by-step through the decluttering process

  • Offer reflection prompts and practical exercises

  • Help you establish new rhythms that last beyond the 30 days

This isn’t just about removing screens. It’s about restoring attention, clarity, and connection.

Do This Together

Digital Declutter is meaningful whether you walk through it on your own or alongside others. You can fully engage the 30 days individually, creating space for personal reflection, prayer, and renewed focus.

But there is also something deeply strengthening about doing this in community. We encourage you to consider walking through it as a:

  • Family

  • Life Group

  • Discipleship Group

  • Or with a few close friends

Carve out intentional time each week to engage the guide together. Share what you’re learning. Talk about what’s hard. Celebrate what’s changing.

Whether you participate on your own or together, the invitation is the same: step away from distraction and step toward what matters most.
