Day 19: Hold fast to the promises of God.

Welcome to Day 19 of 20 Days of Prayer for the Awaken Conference!

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 1:20 NIV — “For no matter how many promises God has made, they are ‘Yes’ in Christ. And so through him the ‘Amen’ is spoken by us to the glory of God.” 

Prayer Prompt: We pray for answered prayer! Remember the promises of God throughout Scripture. They are fulfilled in Jesus. Pray that we, during 48 Hours of Prayer, during Awaken, and daily, believe God’s promises to be true. Ask that as we plead, we would repeat God’s words back to him in faith. Pray that with confidence we take God at his word, praying for ourselves and others in faith. Pray that we will see prodigals return, the lost saved, the suffering sustained, the sick healed, the hurting soothed, the needy provided for, the grieving comforted, the weak strengthened.
