Day 12: Wait for times of refreshing.

Welcome to Day 12 of 20 Days of Prayer for the Awaken Conference!

Scripture: Acts 3:19-20 NIV — “Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord, and that he may send the Christ, who has been appointed for you—even Jesus.” 

Prayer Prompt: Pray that our repentance will usher in sweet times of refreshing from the Lord, especially during Awaken. Every great move of God has included the honest confessions of his people. Seek for such honesty in your own heart. In turning to God, ask that we may sense a sorrow for sin, a transformation of our minds, and a warm affection stirring in our hearts for God. Pray that we, the people of God, will together cry out, “give us clean hands and give us pure hearts.” Thank him for refreshing even now and for refreshing to come.
